Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Ray-Lax currently only ships to Canada.

It is possible to ship to the United States, but please email us at info@ray-lax.com.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged Item: if an item in your order is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ray-lax.com with photo proof of the damaged item for Quality Control. Damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Missing Item: if there is a missing item in your order, please contact us at info@ray-lax.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@ray-lax.com describing the issue with your purchase. We will be pleased to discuss an arrangement with you. Please contact us within 15 days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Ray-Lax is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with the delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.

DURABILITY & REPAIR POLICY: OUR COMMITMENT TO LONGEVITY

At Ray-Lax, we believe that a well-designed product should last for many years.
Our meditation chairs have been handcrafted in Quebec for over 25 years, following the same durable and timeless design that’s easy to maintain and fully repairable.

Each chair is made of three main parts — the frame, the foam, and the cover — all of which can be replaced individually.

• The steel frames are built to last and can be replaced if needed.

• The fabric covers are removable, washable, and available separately, even if some colors are discontinued over time.

• All replacement parts are made locally in Quebec and available upon request.

In accordance with Quebec’s Law 29 on protection against planned obsolescence, we guarantee that our products can be maintained and repaired using common tools, without causing irreversible damage.

Our goal is simple: to offer a locally made, long-lasting, and fully repairable product that supports your practice for many years to come.
