Shipping information
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order.

We currently only ship to Canada

Damaged or Missing items
Damaged Item: if an item in your order is damaged, please contact us immediately at with photo proof of the damaged item for Quality Control. Damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges and Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at describing the issue with your purchase. We will be pleased to discuss an arrangement with you. Please contact us within 15 days.

Lost or stolen packages
Ray-Lax is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with the delivery, please contact your shipping provider directly with your tracking number.
